Greg Stallings is co-director of BYU International Cinema and he teaches in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. His articles and books focus on the intersections of music, film and religion with Spanish literature. He is married to Gloria Cárdenas Stallings with whom he has three children, all of them profoundly shaped by IC. He is the vice president of the Utah chapter of the Instituto de Estudios Vallejianos for which he organizes many concerts. In his spare time, he enjoys playing jazz piano and going to the movies.
